About Videoclub
Videoclub is the story of two French teenagers who decided to create their pop band after falling in love and being in a relationship. Adèle Castillon and Matthieu Reynaud are from the city of Nantes, a Northwestern French city. The band is really influenced by the eighties from the music production, the video clips, the clothes, and above all, their name, Videoclub. It’s funny that they went for “Videoclub” since none of them was living during the time of video clubs.
They started in 2018 with the release of their first EP, “Amour plastique”, and then a second one, “ROI”. After the release of other EPs, they finally released their first album, “Euphories”, in 2021. Sadly, two months after the release, they announced their split. They both wanted to go on more solo projects. Matthieu Reynaud wanted to produce for other artists, and Adèle Castillon wanted to refocus on herself. The singer will do the tour of Videoclub on their own.
