List of the Best French Movies of 2023
Let’s start this list of the best French movies of 2023!
- Yannick
Another movie from our favorite French movie director, Quentin Dupieux. He is a specialist in absurd movies. We would recommend you to watch “Fumer fait tousser” from 2022 or the excellent “Mandibules”. His movies are always short with a length between one hour to one hour and twenty.
In Yannick, the main actor, Raphaël Quenard, delivers an amazing acting performance that will captivate you until the end. Other famous French actors are part of this good French movie with Pio Maramï and Blanche Gardin.
Synopsis: During the performance of “Le Cocu“, a play considered to be of mediocre quality, Yannick suddenly gets up to interrupt the show and take control of the evening.

However, their relationship quickly deteriorates. The enigmatic and provocative Goldman faces the death penalty, making the outcome of the trial highly uncertain.
